How do you incorporate
technology into your
classroom?

“Technology is so helpful to increasing accessibility and universal design for learning. I enjoy using laptops and smartboards, but also personal devices to engage in online quizzes and other gamification. I also like using STEAM tools like Arduinos and Lego Robotics."

When did you decide to
become a teacher? What
factors led to this decision?

"My mother, stepmother and stepfather were all teachers. My partner is too. These core influencers - and my children of course - have been foundational to building my curiosity and supporting my passion for life long learning. "

community?

“I believe that student well-being comes from a healthy and welcoming school community. I want to share my understanding of trauma-responsive classrooms for innovative student support. ”
